Carmen et Pablo Solé sont oléiculteurs de deuxième génération dans la Sierra de Cádiz. En 2018, ils ont commencé à tourner des grinders à partir d'arbres tombés et de tailles de leur propre oliveraie de trois cents arbres — du bois qui jusque-là était brûlé comme bois de chauffage. Chaque grinder demande environ quatre heures, de la branche brute à la pièce finie. Le veinage de chacun est différent ; c'est tout l'intérêt.
