NATURAGROW sells smoking accessories and related products exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older. This is a legal requirement in all jurisdictions where we operate, and a commitment we take seriously.

By accessing the smoking accessories section of our website or placing an order containing such products, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified, and to refuse service at our discretion.

Age verification at delivery

For orders containing age-restricted products, we instruct our delivery partners to request proof of age at the point of delivery where local law requires it. If the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the order will be returned to us and refunded minus shipping costs.

Reporting misuse

If you believe a minor has accessed our website or placed an order, please contact us immediately at hello@naturagrow.eu. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Product regulations

All products sold by NATURAGROW comply with applicable EU regulations including the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) and relevant national legislation. Products are sold subject to local laws and regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they order are legal in their jurisdiction.

Cultivation products

NATURAGROW's cultivation products (soils, amendments, seeds where applicable, nutrients, tools) are sold for legal organic cultivation purposes. The cultivation of certain plant species may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. NATURAGROW accepts no responsibility for the use of cultivation products in contravention of local law.
