Every order ships in recycled kraft card with paper tape and shredded kraft filler. No plastic. No styrofoam. No bubble wrap. If your order arrives damaged, we replace it — no questions, no delay.

Packaging
Every NATURAGROW shipment is plastic-free by design. This is not a marketing claim — it is a structural constraint on how we pack.
- —Outer box: recycled kraft card, sourced in France
- —Void fill: shredded kraft paper (no bubble wrap, no styrofoam)
- —Tape: paper gummed tape
- —Labels: recycled stock, vegetable inks
- —Glass items: compostable bio-film inner wrap (EN 13432 certified)
- —Invoice: included in the box, printed single-sided on recycled paper
All packaging is kerbside-recyclable or compostable. Compost your box when you're done with it.
Returns
We have a 30-day return window for all unopened products. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, there is no time limit.
To return an item: email hello@naturagrow.eu with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with instructions.
Who pays return shipping: We cover it for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange return shipping and we refund the product cost on receipt.
Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. Allow 3–5 days for your bank to process.
We do not accept returns of soil, amendments, or opened growing media for hygiene reasons. Contact us if you're unsure — we'll advise.
