— ORDERS & SHIPPING —
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–5 business days. Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. All orders placed before 13:00 CET Monday–Friday dispatch the same day.
Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently we ship to all EU member states, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us at hello@naturagrow.eu — we can often accommodate individual requests.
Is shipping really plastic-free?
+
Yes. Outer boxes are recycled kraft card. Inner padding is shredded kraft paper. Tape is paper. Labels are printed on recycled stock with vegetable inks. The only exception: fragile glass products ship with a compostable bio-film inner wrap.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email hello@naturagrow.eu with your order number and a photograph. We'll arrange a replacement or refund within one business day — no lengthy returns process required.
Can I change or cancel my order?
+
Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch (usually within 2 hours of placing). After dispatch, we can arrange a return on delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@naturagrow.eu.

How do I know a product is truly organic?

Every product page lists the certifications held by that specific product and the certifying authority. We link directly to the certification database entry where possible. Our Sourcing Standard requires documentary evidence for every product — not self-declaration.
What is your Sourcing Standard?
+
Seven independent checks every product must pass before listing: certified organic origin, no mineral fertilizers or synthetic chemistry, supports soil biology, honest materials, traceable origin, EU-first supply chain, and plastic-free or compostable packaging. Are your products suitable for food growing?

Yes. All cultivation products we carry — soils, amendments, nutrients, pest controls — are certified safe for food-grade organic growing. We carry the full certifications on each product page.
Why don't you carry [specific product] I've seen elsewhere?

Most likely because it didn't pass our Sourcing Standard. We decline more products than we accept. If you have a specific product in mind, email us and we'll tell you exactly why it's not listed — or consider it if we haven't reviewed it.
Do your papers and smoking accessories meet EU regulations?

All smoking accessories we carry comply with EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) requirements where applicable, and all materials are food-grade or equivalent. Our products are sold to adults 18+ only.
— RETURNS & REFUNDS —
What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For defective or incorrectly shipped products, we replace or refund regardless of when you contact us. Email hello@naturagrow.eu with your order number.
Who pays for return shipping?
+
For defective or incorrect items: we do. For change-of-mind returns: you pay return shipping. We'll refund the product cost in full on receipt.
How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. Payment arrival depends on your bank — typically 3–5 business days after we process.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Complete the application form on our Trade page. We review every application personally within five working days.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
+
Retail Partner tier: €500 per order. Distributor tier: €5,000. The tiers and their terms are detailed on the Trade page.
Do you offer exclusivity?
+
Yes — at the Exclusive Distributor level, one partner per territory. This is by invitation only. If you're interested, contact us at trade@naturagrow.eu.
