Zero virgin plastic. Measured quarterly.
Every shipment is plastic-free. We audit packaging compliance across every product in the catalogue quarterly and publish any exceptions — there have been none since January 2022.

Supply Chain
EU-first sourcing, documented origin.
We source from within Europe wherever the product exists here with sufficient quality. When we import, we say where from and why on the product page. No anonymous supply chains.

Carbon
Measured, offset, and reducing.
We calculate our operational carbon footprint annually using the GHG Protocol. Shipping emissions are offset via reforestation credits with Reforest'Action. Our target is a 40% reduction in absolute emissions by 2028.

Growing more than we consume.
1% of revenue goes to biodiversity projects across our supplier regions — wildflower corridors, hedgerow planting, and wetland restoration. We partner with Rewilding Europe on the Galician corridor.

Batched shipments. No express by default.
Our default shipping tier is standard, not express. We batch warehouse dispatches to reduce transport frequency. Express shipping is available but surfaced second in checkout, not first.

We do not carry products with planned obsolescence. Every tool we list has either replacement parts available or a documented repair pathway. We believe the most sustainable product is the one you don't replace.
