1. Seller information

2. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern all sales made via the naturagrow.eu website between NATURAGROW SAS ("NATURAGROW") and any adult consumer or business customer ("Customer") placing an order. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these GTC in full.
3. Products and availability
NATURAGROW makes reasonable efforts to ensure product availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, NATURAGROW will inform the Customer promptly and offer either a refund or equivalent substitute. Products are sold subject to applicable local laws and regulations. All products are sold to adults 18+ only.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on naturagrow.eu include applicable VAT at the rate applicable in the Customer's country of residence. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. NATURAGROW reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but prices applicable at the time of order confirmation are binding.
5. Orders and contract formation
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when NATURAGROW sends an order confirmation email. NATURAGROW reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or failure to meet age verification requirements.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, and Apple/Google Pay. For wholesale customers on Net-30 terms, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payment carries an interest charge of 3× the French legal interest rate.
7. Delivery
NATURAGROW targets dispatch within 1 business day of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and confirmed by order tracking. NATURAGROW is not liable for delays caused by carrier events, customs clearance outside the EU, or exceptional circumstances beyond its control. Risk passes to the Customer on delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@naturagrow.eu within 14 days. Products must be returned unopened in original condition. NATURAGROW refunds the product cost and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer except where the product is defective or incorrect.
9. Legal conformity guarantee
Products sold by NATURAGROW comply with EU consumer goods regulations. In the event of non-conformity, the Customer has 2 years from delivery to assert their rights. NATURAGROW will offer repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion. Commercial warranty terms (where applicable) are specified on individual product pages.
10. Age verification
All smoking accessories and age-restricted products are sold exclusively to adults 18 years of age or older. By placing an order including such products, the Customer confirms they are 18 or older. NATURAGROW reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
11. Governing law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer service (hello@naturagrow.eu), EU consumers may refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). NATURAGROW will participate in mediation in good faith. If mediation fails, the courts of Lyon, France have jurisdiction.
12. Modifications
NATURAGROW reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one published on naturagrow.eu at the time of order confirmation. Customers will be notified of material changes by email with 30 days' notice.
