Forêt es el taller de Henri y Léa Marchetti, una operación de torno de madera de padre e hija en el pueblo de Champagnole, en el corazón del Jura francés. Sólo usan nogal del Jura — talado por silvicultores certificados FSC en un radio de treinta kilómetros del taller, y secado al aire en su propio desván durante tres años antes de pasar al torno. Cada grinder está firmado y numerado. La garantía de por vida de Forêt la gestiona Léa personalmente; ha restaurado grinders que su padre torneó en 2011.
