Carmen y Pablo Solé son olivareros de segunda generación en la Sierra de Cádiz. En 2018 empezaron a tornear grinders a partir de árboles caídos y podas de su propio olivar de trescientos árboles — madera que antes se quemaba como leña. Cada grinder lleva unas cuatro horas desde la rama hasta la pieza terminada. La veta de cada uno es distinta; ese es el sentido.
